Terms and conditions for using the Energy information portal
These terms govern your use of this independent Energy information portal. By continuing to browse, you agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. For the quickest introduction to the service and our editorial role, visit Energy.
Reading these terms
By using this website, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. They apply to every visitor who accesses the content, whether the visit is made from a desktop, tablet or mobile device. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
The portal's role
This site provides information, editorial commentary and promotional signposts about Energy. We are an independent publisher, not the operator of the Energy casino or live games platform. We do not accept player funds, manage accounts, process deposits or authorise withdrawals, and we cannot act on instructions concerning an account held by the operator.
Our role is to help readers understand the available products, terms and features before they decide how to proceed. Links or other references may direct you towards the operator, but your relationship with the operator is separate from your use of this portal.
Your responsibilities
You must comply with the laws applicable where you live and must not use this website for any unlawful or disruptive purpose. Access is restricted to adults aged 18 and over (18+). You are also responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the portal is operated lawfully and protected from unauthorised access.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Do not reproduce or republish substantial content without permission.
- Do not use the portal to transmit harmful, misleading or unlawful material.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or personal information.
Acceptable use
Our material is intended for general information. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution, but you should not present edited wording in a way that changes its meaning. Automated extraction, excessive scraping and the systematic reposting of articles are not permitted without prior written consent.
Intellectual property
The portal's editorial copy, design, graphics and arranged content belong to the publisher or its relevant rights holders. The Energy name, operator materials and product references remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here transfers ownership of the operator's platform, brand or games.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail will remain unchanged after publication. Promotional terms, game availability, payment procedures and account conditions are determined by the operator. Your decision to open an account or participate in any game rests with you, and the operator's own terms apply to that activity.
We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on this portal, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not affect any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to other websites
External links may lead to services operated by other organisations. Once you follow such a link, the rules, security practices and privacy arrangements of the destination become relevant instead of those on this site. We do not control linked websites and do not endorse every destination available from a reference here.
Data protection
Your use of this portal may involve technical data and any information you choose to submit through a contact form. Our privacy notice explains what information we collect, why we process it and the rights available to you under UK data protection law.
Minimum age and service availability
This content is intended only for people aged 18 or over (18+). Access may be restricted or withdrawn where required by law or where use of the site would breach applicable rules. We may also update, suspend or discontinue parts of the information service without prior notice.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should remain a form of entertainment rather than a financial plan or an obligation. Energy provides deposit, wager, loss and session-time controls, together with self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinitely. Account closure is available through customer support.
If gambling stops feeling enjoyable, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. The service is free and available 24/7. You can also visit BeGambleAware or use GamStop for free, confidential support.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect legal, regulatory or editorial changes. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date. Continued use after a revision means that you accept the amended terms, and material changes may be brought to your attention through the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes concerning this portal. This concerns the use of our information service and is separate from the regulatory jurisdiction that applies to the operator's own business.
Severability
If a provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any invalid provision may be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it lawful and effective.
Contact and update date
Questions about this portal's terms can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. These terms were last updated on 1 March 2026.
